What matters for federal action is the pattern: when many owners of the same JEEP WRANGLER cohort independently describe similar structure:interior panels:sun visor failures, defect investigators have grounds to open a PE and request manufacturer data. Complaint Description

Driver side sun visor has a failed connection to the vehicle frame, resulting in the visor falling down in front of the driver's field of view. This happened spontaneously and nearly resulted in a crash. This is an issue many owners of Jeep Wrangler JLs have experienced. The design of this connection has not changed.
