The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the driver's side front headrest detached, striking him in the back of his neck. The contact suffered a headache and a sore neck; however, no medical attention was received. The dealer was made aware of the failure; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired.
