Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving approximately 45 MPH, the engine was overheating. Additionally, the check engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer and the contact was notified of a failure with cylinder #5. The vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that the vehicle operated as needed; however, the sensor software update failed to perform as needed. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
