Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2017 Ford F-350. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle lost motive power and stalled. The failure mostly occurred while driving up an incline. During the failure, the check engine, low fuel, and reduce engine power warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who replaced fuel filters and low-pressure fuel pump however, the failure recurred. The contact was informed that the entire fuel system needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 225,000.
