Complaint Description

The contact owns a 2011 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, he noticed that the dashboard had air bubbles and was sticky. Additionally, there was a reflection from the sunlight on the dashboard onto the windshield which limited the driver’s visibility while driving. The dealer was made aware of the failure but informed the contact that the Technical Service Bulletin had expired. The vehicle was diagnosed nor repaired.
