Complaint Description

The contact owns 2018 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that the inside door panel detached from the door frame. Additionally, the defroster failed to defrost the windshield. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where it was diagnosed that the door panel needed to be replaced. The defroster was working as designed. The vehicle was not repaired.
