Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2016 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to accelerate over 20 MPH while driving. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer and was diagnosed with a dirty catalytic converter. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and the contact was informed that the transmission needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not contacted.
