Complaint Description

Fuel Pump module with out of specification impellers. My vehicle had this above specific recall, in which I took my vehicle into the local Honda dealership to get repaired, however, just 2 days after my vehicle had been “repaired” it broke down/stalled and became inoperable while I was driving into a store parking lot. Ironically, earlier that day I called Honda Service department to inform them that my fuel detector continued to say full even though the dash information read only 118 miles left in fuel, they instructed me to bring the vehicle back to their shop so that they could assess the problem. Shortly after the call I made to Honda Service my vehicle broke down and so I had to have my vehicle towed back to the service department, after Waiting for almost 3 hours they informed me that my vehicle had ran out of gas and insinuated that it was my fault, even though my vehicle’s fuel indicator read full tank and was clearly not!
