TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 HYUNDAI SONATA. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT ACCELERATE PROPERLY AND THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND CONTINUED TO FLASH. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED BY BROWN DAUB HYUNDAI (1650 BUTLER ST, EASTON, PA) THE PREVIOUS DAY FOR AN ENGINE COMPUTER UPDATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED BACK TO THE DEALER, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT YET DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,050.
