TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET EQUINOX. WHILE DRIVING IN INCLEMENT WEATHER, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS BECAME INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BRAEGER CHEVROLET (4100 S 27TH ST, MILWAUKEE, WI 53221, (414) 281-5000) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPER TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 62,000.
