TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT "ADVANCED TRACK SYSTEM OFF" WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE BEGAN DRIVING ROUGHLY AS THE "NO POWER STEERING" WARNING INDICATOR FLASHED. THE VEHICLE WAS PULLED OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, TURNED OFF, AND RESTARTED, BUT WAS UNABLE TO BE DRIVEN. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO SUBURBAN FORD OF FERNDALE (21600 WOODWARD AVE, FERNDALE, MI 48220, (248) 399-1000), BUT THE DIAGNOSIS RESULTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
