TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE HORN FAILED TO SOUND WHEN IT WAS PRESSED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER (NORTHTOWNE VOLKSWAGEN, 6728 N OAK TRAFFICWAY, KANSAS CITY, MO 64118, (816) 436-2255) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE HORN NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 73,400.
