Safety-score tool stopped claiming a live fleet percentile
The tool scored against hardcoded medians while the UI implied a live NHTSA join percentile. Copy and trust footer now describe the real computation.

Death and injury national totals coupled across stages
NHTSA ≥99 unknown sentinels were left in fact tables, so stage totals disagreed (complaints vs model_years). Sentinel reconcile brought national deaths/injuries into agreement.
