Complaint Description
The âVistaâ sunroof on my car is stuck open. This allows rain to come into my car providing hazardous driving conditions. The Ford dealer wants $4000 to repair & $500 to close. Iâve asked Ford several times for a detailed breakdown of costs, they have not provided anything to date.
