TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD F-250. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE VEHICLE SHOOK VIOLENTLY. PHIL LONG FORD (301 S 2ND ST, RATON, NM 87740) WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE SHOULD NOT BE DRIVEN AND SHOULD BE TOWED TO THEIR FACILITY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000.
